What this notice covers
This notice covers limited, one-to-one business outreach by SyncABill. It is separate from the product privacy policy, which applies when someone visits or uses the SyncABill product.
Information we may use
We may use a professional name, role, company, business location, published business email, company website, public professional profile, and business services or software expertise. We do not use sensitive personal information for outreach and do not use phone numbers from this dataset for calling or texting.
Where it comes from
The current validation cohort was assembled from public professional-directory profiles and business websites. A public address is not treated as consent. We therefore keep outreach limited, identify ourselves, explain the reason for a message, and make stopping simple.
Why we use it
We use this information to evaluate whether SyncABill is relevant to accounting professionals and to write a specific business introduction. We do not sell the data or use it for automated eligibility, credit, employment, insurance, or similarly consequential decisions.
Tracking and sharing
Outreach messages do not use tracking pixels, click tracking, link shorteners, or hidden subscriptions. This website does not run advertising or analytics scripts. We disclose data only to service providers needed to operate email securely or when law requires it.
Retention and preferences
Active-campaign records are retained only as long as needed to complete validation and resolve replies or delivery issues. Opt-out and suppression records are retained so that we can honor the preference. A recipient may reply “no thanks” to any message to stop further outreach.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold, where we found it, request a correction or deletion, or object to further outreach. Email privacy@syncabill.com. We will verify and handle requests according to applicable law.
